Beatriz Albini-Ruiz, the founder and CEO of Prime You Coaching LLC (Brave Leadership Group and her private practice, Beatriz Albini Ruiz Coaching.) Beatriz is a tenacious and insightful transformational and leadership coach whose journey is defined by determination, instinct, family, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to education. Born in New York City, and raised in Cali, Colombia, Beatriz's experiences have shaped her into the powerhouse female leader and entrepreneur she is today.
As a first-generation immigrant, Beatriz's dedication to education led her on an 8-year transformative journey, culminating in earning her BBA from Baruch's Zicklin School of Business and launching a successful HR career in the tech industry. In 2020, Beatriz followed her gut and founded Prime You Coaching to address the disparities she witnessed in corporate leadership.
Taking a holistic approach to coaching, Beatriz partners with individuals who strive for advancement in their careers and personal lives. She empowers her clients to lead with confidence, embrace their intuitive know-how, and align their goals with their core values.
With certifications as an ICF Certified Professional Coach and a Certified Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner, along with HR Leadership certifications from Cornell University, Beatriz believes that everyone has the inherent qualities needed to succeed.
